Turki AI

Turki AI (turkiai.net) is an AI-powered landing page builder operated by Altazi Labs, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Turki AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Turki AI in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description

Turki AI is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate landing pages, websites, and related content using large language models (including Claude by Anthropic and GPT-4o by OpenAI). The service includes a chat-based interface, template generation, code export, and integrations with third-party tools and services.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Turki AI.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connected Apps & Integrations (OAuth)

Turki AI allows you to connect third-party applications (such as Gmail, GitHub, Figma, and others) via OAuth through our integration partner, Unified.to. When you connect an app:

You authorize the third-party provider directly on their website.
OAuth tokens are managed by Unified.to and associated with your user ID.
We do not store OAuth tokens on our servers.
You may disconnect any connected app at any time from Settings.
Your use of connected apps is also subject to each provider's own terms of service.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Turki AI supports a Bring Your Own Key model for AI providers and integrations:

API keys you enter are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never saved on our servers.
AI provider keys (Anthropic, OpenAI) send requests directly from your browser to the provider. Our servers never see your AI keys or conversation content.
Integration keys (iLovePDF, Gamma, GitHub, etc.) may be forwarded through our proxy due to CORS restrictions. Keys pass through in real-time and are never logged or stored.
You are solely responsible for your API key usage, security, and any costs incurred with third-party providers.
If you suspect your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately with the provider.

6. User Content & Generated Content

Your content — You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or input into Turki AI (prompts, files, images, text).
Generated content — Content generated by AI models through Turki AI is yours to use, subject to the respective AI provider's usage policies (Anthropic, OpenAI).
We do not claim ownership of your content or AI-generated outputs.
Conversations and files are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB/localStorage). We do not store or have access to your conversation history.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Turki AI to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service without prior written permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
Resell or redistribute access to Turki AI without authorization.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Turki AI name, logo, interface design, and underlying code are the property of Altazi Labs, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Turki AI platform without prior written consent, except for content you have generated through the service as described in Section 6.

9. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party product names, logos, and trademarks referenced within Turki AI (including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GitHub, Figma, Slack, Stripe, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Turki AI is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of these companies unless explicitly stated.

10. Paid Plans & Billing

Turki AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.
Refunds — Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.

11. Service Availability

Turki AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party provider outages.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Altazi Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content. You use generated content at your own risk.
We are not liable for any charges incurred through your use of third-party API keys (BYOK) or connected integrations.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Locally stored data (in your browser) remains under your control.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
